A future view of the work as a whole and the desired goal The leader must also develop an imaginary model that reflects his hopes and ambitions at work, and accurately define the desired goal, and know the size and method of reaching the ambitious goal. The Leadership Development Diploma includes many vital axes that aim to create an inspiring leader capable of serving his country and society. The diploma includes the following programs: - Problem analysis and decision-making program - Team building and leadership program. - Effective Trainer Skills Development Program - Human Resource Management Program for Fresh Graduates - Intellectual Creativity System Program for Successful Administrative Leaders. خلق جيل يحمل صفات القيادة وأدواتها هو حلم كل أمة وهدف نبيل لكل الشعوب التي تحلم ببناء وطنها ومستقبلها. القيادة موهبة يذكيها العلم والمعرفة والاطلاع واتباع النظريات الإدارية وتطويرها وتطويعها وفقاً لبيئة ومقتضيات العمل، ولا يتحقق النجاح للمدير القائد أو القائد المدير إلا بالفهم لبيئة العمل من الناحية الفنية، والرغبة الأكيدة في تحمل المسؤولية، والقدرة على التعاطي مع المواقف المختلفة والأزمات في كل الأوقات، وتكوين نظرة مستقبلية عن العمل ككل والهدف المبتغى كما يجب على القائد أن يضع نموذجاً تخيلياً يعكس آماله وطموحاته في العمل، وأن يحدد بدقة الهدف المرغوب وأن يعرف حجم وطريقة الوصول إلى الهدف الطموح . يشمل دبلوم إعداد القادة على العديد من المحاور الحيوية التي تهدف إلى صناعة قائد ملهم قادر على خدمة بلده ومجتمعه. ويشمل الدبلوم البرامج الآتية:  برنامج تحليل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات  برنامج بناء وقيادة فرق العمل.  برنامج تنمية مهارات المدرب الفعال  برنامج إدارة الموارد البشرية للخريجين الجدد  برنامج منظومة الإبداع الفكري للقيادات الإدارية الناجحة.
